If your package has been returned to us for reasons such as incorrect shipping information, missed delivery attempts, or exceeding hold times at the pick-up location, you will be responsible for the redelivery costs.
Please note that Mielle Organics, LLC cannot be held responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if any part of the address is incorrect.
Kindly be informed that no refunds, replacements, or credits will be provided for orders that have been confirmed as delivered to the address specified in the order.
