If you notice that an item is missing or if you received the wrong item, please submit a ticket within 10 days of receiving your order. Just provide us with the necessary information, and we'll be more than happy to assist you!
Please note: Mielle Organics reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the original shipment date.
